• Preventing fundraising burnout 
• Core tenants of a good Development Philosophy 
• Understanding P-E-S 
• Tool: you will leave with a draft Development Philosophy to finalize with your team

Our focus for the second quarter of 2024 is Transformational Fundraising.   

As a follow-up to the workshops, we are excited to offer a panel discussion with foundation leaders and community funders on Inside the Mind of the DONOR is being offered on Thursday, May 22.

Join Heart for ENC and our guest presenter, Natasha Davis for our upcoming lunch and learn event.

Hosted by Heart for ENC and TowneBank

Leading a nonprofit board is a significant responsibility, but the role often comes with little preparation or training. Heart for ENC is hosting a lunch to enable board chairs (or key leaders) to connect with leaders of other local organizations, ask questions, share ideas, and gain some practical knowledge and resources from an experienced facilitator. Our time will be led by Natasha Davis from WPS Strategy Group.
